Curricula

The BeerCampus curriculum was designed with you in mind.  Each Job Title has a 52-week curriculum designed to coordinate personnel with like job skills – so they all get the same information at the same time.  The 4 focus groups are Management, Sales, Driving, and General Focus.

  1. Management: Will give your managers the skills to motivate, and guide your employees, reduce turnover, and create a productive working environment.
  2. Sales: Teach your sales people skills they can use to build lasting sales relationships with all of your clients. 
  3.  Driving:  Every day your two most important assets go out the door - Your employees and your Motor Fleet.  To help you lessen your liability and help both return safely we have created monthly courses to increase safety and fuel efficiency in your motor fleet
  4. General Focus:  These are safety and compliance topics that will impact every member of your organization.  By making this a focus of your week, it will drive the message home to all your employees universally

New Hire Training
Our 2-week New Hire Training curriculum is designed to not only familiarize your employees with Beercampus, but quickly integrate them in to your company.  We recommend 2 courses a day for the first 2 weeks with the company

Transitional Training
Re-assigning your employees? Promoting them?  We have training to take them to the next level and smooth the transition.  Our Transitional Training is designed to give your employees the skills to make the transition with a week of training.
